Ellen Jakovich

Biography

Ellen brings over 25 years of practice management and revenue cycle management experience to KPG Revenue Cycle Management. Inc. Prior to joining KPG RCM, she was a Billing System Specialist at a large multi-state provider of anesthesia services. Ellen was the Senior Lead Trainer at IDX and GE Healthcare Information Technology. In this capacity she was involved in delivering training to a diverse client mix, developing training materials and working with development on new releases for the GE Centricity Group Management © (aka IDX/GPMS, Group Cast) product line.

Before joining IDX, Ellen was employed by a large hospital system in the Chicago area where she established a reputation as a leader with the ability to get the job done. During her tenure she provided support to the CBO department for 30 practices within the hospital system. She was promoted to the IT Department where she managed the support for the 50 practices within the hospital on the IDX Group Management system and IDX RISC system.

Ellen attended Joliet Junior College. She is a member of the Medical Group Management Association (MGMA).
